Opportunities at ALA

African Leadership Academy is a dynamic, growing institution. We are currently seeking outstanding individuals to join our team in a variety of paid and volunteer positions in Johannesburg and abroad. Every member of the ALA community – whether a teacher, case writer, volunteer student mentor, or member of a local chapter – makes a difference in the lives of Africa’s young leaders.

African Leadership Academy seeks to fill a variety of full-time positions on the teaching faculty and in student admissions, university guidance, curriculum development, and general administration.

We also seek outstanding volunteers to join local chapters, serve as student mentors, and work as case writers with ALA Publishing.

Finally, we periodically post for fixed-term internship and fellowship positions. These include visiting faculty positions, internships for graduate and undergraduate students, and short-term consulting roles.
